This 10 lb box contains approximately 18-20 flash frozen, vacum packed portions of sustainably sourced, sashimi grade wild Alaskan Sockeye salmon. Each peice is approximately 6-10 oz in size, great for 2 servings. It will stay fresh in your freezer for over a year. Bake it, grill it, sear it or eat it raw!
